Policies

To Ensure Mutual Understanding and Respect

 Cancellations

    • Please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. You can do this yourself on the App or online from your client profile. You may also call or text. The therapeutic service you need to reschedule shouldn’t add more stress.
    • If you are unable to make your service within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your card will only be charged a small missed time compensation fee of 25%. Some businesses charge you for an entire service you couldn’t attend, but sometimes life just happens, and we understand that.
    • This 24-hour cancellation policy helps ensure everyone’s time is valued by respecting both the service provider’s time and your personal time commitment to the self-care and nourishment you seek.
    • You can easily reschedule your appointment online via the app or by booking online. Alternatively, you may call or text and to get rescheduled.

Appointments

    • All clients must complete intake forms prior to their first appointment. This includes your health history which will remain securely and privately stored. These forms will be sent to the email address you registered with upon booking your first appointment. We will go over this information at the start of your session as we discuss your needs and customize your massage service. This information must be maintained up to date for each appointment.
    • In order to hold the appointment all clients must have a card on file, which is safely stored and securely encrypted. This card will never be charged until your service is rendered unless you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance per the cancellation policy.
    • Please arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes early. There is a single parking space available near the studio entrance. If a vehicle is in the driveway, please utilize the temporary roadside parking and pull forward into the driveway when the space becomes available.
    • Blinds open? Please come in through the side door!
    • Blinds closed? Please wait in your car and I will be ready for your appointment shortly.
    • All appointments have an extra 15 minutes built in to accommodate intake, privately disrobing and redressing, post-massage consultation, payment, and rebooking. That being said, it is important to arrive for your session in a timely manner to ensure your full hands-on massage time. Appointments will end on time even if the client is late. This helps ensure everyone’s time is valued – yours, mine, and other clients.
